vice-President
Mike W. Donnell, P.E.
Mr. Donnell is a third-generation civil engineer in the Big Horn Basin. George Donnell, his grandfather, started Bell & Donnell with Howard Bell in 1932. Mike has played a substantial role on all major projects with Donnell & Allred, Inc. since moving back to Wyoming from Alaska in 1986. He became President of Donnell & Allred, Inc. in 1995 and is now the Vice-President of Eagle Engineering & Surveying, Inc. He has been the company’s representative with the City of Worland since 1995. His background at the University of Alaska provides a strong technical expertise in cold weather engineering problems typical in Wyoming such as frost heaving, and how to effectively deal with them. Projects he has designed and supervised include roads and highways, complete water & sewer systems, structural design, dams, irrigation and sanitary landfills.
